Health Coach Institute was founded by Carey Peters and Stacey Morgenstern, who met in 2006 while training to become Health Coaches. They noticed that there were massive gaps in the way coaches were being educated which made it difficult for most coaches to build successful careers after completing their training.
The problem was that most training took a theoretical approach to education, but didn’t teach the hands-on, practical application needed to make a living in the real world.
Stacey and Carey decided to create a Health Coach training program that would give other aspiring coaches the proper training and tools to become masterful coaches and launch thriving businesses…and in 2010, Holistic MBA was born.
Holistic MBA became the leading graduate business training for health and personal development coaches. This is where tons of other coaches from other schools went after they graduated from their initial certification to build a successful career.
So many Holistic MBA graduates shared that they wished they’d started their training with Stacey and Carey, that they realized they needed to develop a foundational coach training program.
In 2015, they founded Health Coach Institute and the six-month Become a Health Coach (BHC) program was born. Their nine-month graduate-level training originally called Holistic MBA is referred to today as Coach Mastery.
