As the founders of Health Coach Institute and the Become a Health and Life Coach program, you might be curious how we discovered coaching and got into this field in the first place.
What a journey it’s been!
Both of us have had completely different experiences, but coaching brought us together.
We both we on very different career paths. Stacey a cookie and pie taster (yes this is an actual job ha!) and Carey an actress living out her dream on stage.
We both knew we wanted more for our lives. We knew there was something more we could do to live out our life’s dharma. We both wanted to make more money and help others with our time here.
Health and Life Coaching were very new careers but once we realized you could make a good living helping others live more fulfilling lives, we knew we had to give it a try and see what happened.
When we look back there was always something in us (even as kids) that wanted more, but for too long we were afraid to listen to that voice.
Who were we to have amazing, successful, happy lives? Who were we to be the breadwinners of our families and help others?
The change happened when we stopped asking “who are we…” and started asking “why not me?”
We’ve now been successful Health and Life Coaches for over a decade and have taught over 20,000 students from around the world fulfill that dream too.
It’s amazing what happens when you stop questioning our intuition and instead, follow it.
