Health Coach Institute graduates are applying their studies to all kinds of client needs. Some add their Become a Health and Life Coach (BHC) training to traditional careers like therapy and fitness. Others are fulfilling client needs they didn’t even know existed. The following HCI graduates are just a few examples of the kinds of opportunities out there for aspiring Health and Life Coaches.
For example, after many years working as a Mental Health Therapist, Gina Watkins wanted to boost her professional skills and offer additional services to her clients. Gina always respected the mind-body connection for total wellness and decided nutrition and coaching training was exactly what she needed. After she completed the BHC program, Gina began offering services as an Emotional Eating Coach in addition to Mental Health Therapy.
Sarah Besocke is an Empower Your Story Coach who helps her clients revisit stories from their pasts, heal from the ones that are holding them back, and create new stories they can use to inspire others.
As a Personal Trainer, Scott Leeper faced limitations in how much he could help his clients achieve their wellness goals. In the BHC program, he discovered the power of habit change, and now he teaches it as a Health Coach, Life Coach, and Personal Trainer.
Mona Salah is a Health and Life Coach who focuses on helping clients achieve improved wellness by removing mucus from their bodies. Mona’s biggest takeaways from HCI are techniques for active listening which have helped her connect with the clients who can benefit the most from her care and coaching.
Alyx Coble-Frakes recruited her friend Sunny Sink, a Miscarriage Support Coach, for help after she stumbled into the unchartered territory of an alignment between ovulation and success in her coaching business. Now, Alyx is developing an entirely new type of Health and Life Coaching called Period Empowerment Coaching in which she and Sunny apply data from ovulation cycles to business strategies.
Health Coach certification can supplement all kinds of existing careers or support the launch of entirely new ones. You can find out what kind of coach you want to be when you Become a Health Coach at https://ift.tt/2yZsbdK.
